Business
Philips
CAOS has organized a diverse range of meetings and events across Europe for Philips. An example of a major event was a BDA (Blu-Ray Disc Association) meeting in Lisbon, Portugal. Other attending companies were Disney, Sony and Samsung. CAOS took care of all the practical requirements. We organized transfers to and from the airport, dinners and receptions, visits to special locations and the technical facilities of the meetings. The event was especially complex because representatives had to communicate with partners from Tokyo to Los Angeles. Due to the time difference, many of these meetings had to be held during the night in Lisbon. The BDA has since asked us to organize the registration of delegates for all meetings worldwide and to organize the next BDA meeting in Europe! We thank Philips for their trust!
CIRCL – ABN AMRO
In 2017, the ABN AMRO Bank opened one of the first circular built utility buildings: CIRCL! This building is created in a renewable and circular way. Shortly before the official opening, in the middle of the summer holidays, CAOS was asked to organize the opening event of CIRCL. The request was to launch the opening in a festive way and to reach as many people as possible with the message of circularity. We organized a different programme for each different target group during ten days. There was an official opening for business partners, a kids day, a day for clients, a day for all the partners and a house warming party for the neighbourhood.
Nespresso
Nespresso launched two new machines in Amsterdam and CAOS was the proud organizer of this world product launch. In the Okura Hotel ‘Aguila’ and ‘Zenius’ found their way to the market. Global Nespresso representatives and business-partners travelled to Amsterdam for this event and enjoyed true Dutch hospitality. There were culinary tours (to the House of Bols for example), cultural visits (to the Van Gogh Museum for example) and a banquet dinner in the Beurs van Berlage (the Amsterdam Stock Exchange). Guests also had the chance to explore just like a local ‘Amsterdammer’ does…on a bike! You might still spot Nespresso-branded bicycles around town!
