We organised the 1st National Associate degree Conference, together with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, The Netherlands Association of Universities of Applied Sciences and the Dutch VET sector. The Associate degree is a new level of education in the Netherlands (EQF level 5). Approximately a year after its formal incorporation in the Dutch educational system, the Associate degree was celebrated with the 1st National Associate degree conference.

CAOS organises scientific events for universities and associations for many years. With our own registration and abstract handling programme, we can assist programme committees in organising the content of their events. We help them find the right (keynote) speakers and are creative in thinking of new presentation techniques or work forms.

For many years CAOS was working at the European Heart House in Sophia Antipolis, near Nice in France. The main task during that time was assisting the General Manager of ESC (the European Society of Cardiology) with setting up the registration system, scientific programming and organisation on location. With over 30,000 delegates and 25 parallel sessions, this was a true test for our company.

Following the merger of CWS boco and Initial, CAOS organized the two-day kickoff event for the Sales teams of Belgium and Luxembourg. For the teambuilding activities, we had a separate meeting. In that meeting we took a close look at the purpose as well as the result the Team manager had in mind. Five new core values were recently defined by the Team manager, and we integrated those values in a game.

CAOS organized the opening event of the CIRCL Pavilion, of one of the biggest Dutch banks, ABN AMRO. This building is designed and built according to the principles of the circular economy. CIRCL is a meeting and working space, a living lab and a knowledge center for circularity. We created 10 different events: one for each target group.

KNMT (Royal Dutch Association of Dentists) wanted to create a very special programme of events throughout the year to celebrate its 100th anniversary, and chose CAOS to develop and realize these events. We began with a reception in the Ridderszaal (Hall of Knights) in The Hague, where NMT members and staff enjoyed great food, drinks and each other’s company in the exclusive venue.

CAOS runs the secretariat of Europengineers, a close network of leading European consulting engineering companies. As the secretariat, we organise the annual general assembly and other board meetings throughout the year. We manage all communication between the members and third parties and take care of all the finances.
